Users should only dispute information they genuinely believe to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable. Disputing accurate information is a violation of the FCRA and may constitute fraud.
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) only dispute items you believe to be inaccurate; (c) maintain the confidentiality of your account; (d) comply with all applicable laws including the FCRA and Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any outcomes related to credit disputes.
